My Services
Massage works on many levels to combat everyday stress placed on the body whether through emotional or physical strain. My treatments are tailored to your individual needs. Whether you require a remedial de-stress massage, respite from repetitive strain or relief from chronic pain due to injury. Professional massage therapy goes beyond relaxation, also helping to relieve pain, decrease blood pressure, boost the immune system, restore mobility, aid sports recovery and more. As a fully qualified soft tissue massage therapist I am able to evaluate, treat and provide rehabilitation advice for minor & chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
About Me
I have been a believer in the benefits of massage for many years and it has had a profoundly positive effect on my wellbeing. I believed in this so strongly, that I chose to change careers and train to become a soft tissues massage therapist.
I studied at the London School of Sports Massage in Regents Park and achieved a BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy.
I know many people turn to massage therapy treatment to seek relief from everyday conditions that interfere with quality of life. Massage therapy can assist in relieving these conditions.

I Can Help Alleviate
I am passionate about helping people relieve chronic pain as well as helping with anxiety issues, stress or aiding a better night’s sleep.
Massage is a natural tactile therapy that can create a feeling of wellbeing. It is not only for sports people, many of my clients are in their later years and suffer with painful arthritis affecting normal everyday movement.
Massage can help alleviate the pain and release stiff joints and as one of my client’s told me “you just get me moving again”.
Movement is created by muscles pulling across a joint (shortening) while the opposing muscle will lengthen. An example of this would be a bicep curl. The bicep muscle will shorten to create the movement and the opposing tricep muscle will lengthen to allow this to happen.
When assessing pain and dysfunction we look to the opposing muscle as well as the primary muscle. We need to look at the whole movement and work on lengthening the short bicep muscle before strengthen the weak tricep muscle.
